UberSeal 20mm Floor Membrane is designed for optimal water management, featuring a 20mm stud profile that creates a 14-liter void per square meter, ideal for handling high water ingress and movement. Versatile in application, it is not only perfect for flooring but also serves as an effective drainage solution for walls, vaulted soffits, tunnels, and in both civil and commercial constructions faced with significant water ingress challenges.
This durable membrane guarantees 30 years of performance without deterioration and is expected to last at least 50 years. It is resistant to a broad range of environmental factors including water, alkalis, saline solutions, organic acids, and is not affected by minerals. Additionally, it offers protection against bacteria, fungi, and other microorganisms.
