These rubber mats work extremely well with Resincoat home gym flooring kit. The mats will protect your floor ensuring no scuffs or scratches from your workout sessions. The rubber can also provide protection for your equipment & weights. The rubber mats are naturally shock absorbent with the rubbers elasticity reducing the impact on your bones ideal for cardio. Additionally it can reduced the noise caused by equipment absorbing the vibrations.

 

Good slip resistance is key when performing any type of workout & these mats provide a flat grip profile ensuring you remain stable throughout the entire workout. With a 17mm thickness these mats are designed to create a cushioned protective grip platform whilst also remaining sturdy throughout use. The mats are highly resilient to many of the exercises you might perform from high impact cardio to lifting weights. The high tensile strength of the rubber means your floor will not get structurally damaged.
